Section 1: Introduction and Preparation (10 minutes)
- Overview of guitar setup and maintenance
- Tools and materials needed
Section 2: Hardware Inspection and Adjustment (30 minutes)
- Adjustment of nuts and bolts (tuning machines, bridge, etc.)
- Plug function inspection
- Bridge function inspection
- Lubrication of bridge, saddles, and other parts
Section 3: Electronics Cleaning and Inspection (20 minutes)
- Inspection and cleaning of potentiometers, pickups, jack, and switch
- Pickup height adjustment
Section 4: Fingerboard and Fret Maintenance (30 minutes)
- Fingerboard cleaning: removal of human DNA and microorganisms
- Fingerboard moisture with special oils
- Inspection of frets: detached or uneven frets
- Fret polishing with polishing machine
Section 5: Body and Neck Cleaning (15 minutes)
- General body and neck cleaning with special products
Section 6: String Replacement and Setup (25 minutes)
- New string installation
- Adjustment of truss rod: inspection of general condition
- String-by-string nut height inspection and adjustment
- Adjustment of string height at 12th fret
- Intonation setup
